This course is not intended as a substitute for legal, accounting, or business advice. Instead, it serves as a guide to help you navigate the essential steps for setting up your business correctly.
Since requirements can differ from state to state and even within local jurisdictions, you will need to conduct your own research or consider hiring someone to help you through this process. Resources like LegalZoom can be beneficial.
I want to emphasize that my role differs from that of a coach; my aim is to empower you to think independently. By the end of the course, you will be equipped to confidently implement the strategies you choose for your business. I encourage you to consult with lawyers, accountants, bookkeepers, and business consultants, as this course is just the beginning of your professional journey.
